Information from shipment

National Shipments normal delivery times are: 3 to 5 business days.

The following terms apply to all shipments made within the Mexican Republic. This policy may change without prior notice. Corporativo Tequilife SA de CV may make returns provided that each and every one of the conditions established in this policy are met. 

Cancellation of orders:

The customer has the right to cancel his order within 24 hours after making his purchase at www.tequilife.com.mx, the customer must call 333-952-4681 or send an email to contacto@tequilife. com.mx, indicating that you want to cancel your order and provide the bank details where you want your money to be returned. The refund will be made during the 7 business days after the cancellation of the order via bank transfer to the account number that you have provided us at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation of processed orders:

In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must reject the delivery at the time the courier company delivers it, in this case the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In case of rejecting it at the time of delivery, the customer must make the return by parcel and the cost will be borne by the customer.

Wrong or defective product (return for physical exchange) 

If you have received a wrong or defective product, contact us by phone at 333-952-4681 or by email contacto@tequilife.com.mx indicating the order number, product details and the reason for the change or return. Consider that you have 7 business days from the receipt of the order to proceed with the replacement of the same.

Once the returned product has been received, it will be evaluated and it will be defined based on the conditions of the same if the return is appropriate or not, if not, you will be informed at the telephone or email that you have provided us, if it is appropriate and If you want your money back, the company staff will contact you and ask for your bank details to proceed with the refund of your money. This process can take up to 7 business days after you have sent us your bank details for the transfer. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.
