Cancellation of orders:

The refund will be made during the 7 business days after the cancellation of the order via bank transfer to the account number that you have provided us at the time of cancellation.
Cancellation of processed orders:
In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must reject the delivery at the time the courier company delivers it, in this case the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Wrong or defective product (return for physical exchange)
